Terms and Conditions of Purchase for Destination Wedding Playbook

REFUND POLICY

To request a refund, email [email protected].

If you do all the assigned work and don’t get value, we’ll happily refund the money you’ve paid us under this Agreement less any external fees subject to the following conditions:

• Deadline to Apply for Refund. To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within 14 days of purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Completed Course Work. We’ll ask for your completed coursework (to make sure you gave it a go) and ask what didn’t work for you (so we can learn and improve).
• Company Discretion. After you submit your materials, all refunds are within the Company’s sole discretion as to whether to grant or deny the refund request.
• Please do not enroll in Destination Wedding Playbook if you just want to “check it out.” We put an extraordinary amount of time and effort into this Program, and we expect you to do the same.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless explicitly authorized, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, rent, lease, loan, translate, sell, create derivative works of, exploit, or distribute in any manner or medium (including by email or other electronic means) any of the content, recordings, methods or other materials related to this course.

RELEASE AUTHORIZATION

By enrolling in the Destination Wedding Playbook program, you hereby grant permission to Welfrin (Will) Medina and his company Destination Wedding University, LLC. at www.destinationweddingplaybook.com and www.WillMedina.us, the right of your image, in video or still photograph, and of the likeness and sound of your voice as recorded on audio or videotape, and any social media posts you voluntarily share inside the Destination Wedding Playbook Facebook group without payment or any other consideration. You understand that your image, audio, or posts may be edited, copied, exhibited, published, or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein your likeness appears.

Additionally, you waive any rights to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of your image, posts, or recording.

Photographic, audio, or video recordings, as well as Facebook group posts, may be used for ANY USE which may include but is not limited to: Presentations, Courses, Online / Internet videos, Media, News or Press, Promotions, or online advertising

By purchasing Destination Wedding Playbook, you understand this permission signifies that photographic, video, recordings, or audio recordings of you may be electronically displayed via the internet. You also understand that anything you post inside the Destination Wedding Playbook Facebook group may be distributed for promotional purposes on the internet by Will Medina and Destination Wedding University, LLC.

There is no limit on the validity of this release nor is there any geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed.

This release applies to photographic, audio, or video recordings collected as part of the Destination Wedding Playbook Program hosted by Will Medina and his parent company, Destination Weddings Expert, LLC. It also applies to any images or content you voluntarily share on the Destination Wedding Playbook Facebook group.

You acknowledge that you have completely read and fully understand the above release and agree to be bound thereby. By purchasing this course, you hereby release any and all claims against any person or organization utilizing this material for educational or promotional purposes.
